
Hanna-Maija Pääkkönen
Dance artist, pedagogue, cultural studies PhD and founder of Studio Tambor. Hanna-Maija has a wide ranged technical background, combined with a strong Caribbean street dance and Afrocuban knowledge.
Born in Finland, raised in Finland and Nicaragua, she has performed, taught and studied both in Europe as in Latin America.

Cano Monroy
Cano Monroy is a Mexican professional dancer, teacher and choreograph. He has taught his lively choreographies to students at several dance schools around the world.
Cano has performed in music videos by several artists, such as Daddy Yankee, Ivy Queen, Alex Hoyer, Yubeili and in live concerts. In addition, Cano has worked as a dancer at several major events such as Novel Live Performs in Phlextravaganza, Carnival Showcase of Choreographers, Billboard Awards Showcase, Las Vegas & CDMX.

Laura Amaya is an El Salvadoran professional dancer who has performed actively and competed successfully in Latin America. Laura’s charming personality and feminine dance style garner praise from the students.

Matilda Peltonen
Matilda is an experienced teacher who has contributed to the salsa scene in Stockholm in recent years.
She is a semi-finalist in the World Latin Dance Cup Pro female soloist category and the leader of the dance group Compañía Zona Norte.
